APPLICATIONS

DESIGN

• Casing made of polymer-coated steel panels with 5 mm polyurethane foam for thermal and acoustic insulation.
• Hinged bottom panel for easy maintenance of filters and heat exchangers.
• Duct connectors are located on both sides and sealed for airtight duct connections.
• Mounting brackets on the casing allow for easy ceiling installation.

FAN MOTOR

• Asynchronous motors are used for air supply and exhaust.
• Models D100, D200, D300, and D450 feature centrifugal impellers with forward-curved blades.
• Integrated overheat protection with auto-restart function.
• Equipped with ball bearings for extended motor life.
• Dynamically balanced impellers ensure smooth operation.
• Offers reliable performance with low noise levels.

AIR FILTERING

• Two built-in panel filters with G4 and F8 grades provide efficient filtration for the supply air.

CONTROL SYSTEM

• Speed control options include:
  • 3-speed knob or touch panel, depending on the model (S3 or S4).

KEY FEATURES

• Equipped with an enthalpy heat exchanger made of “cellulose polymer” paper.
• Energy recovery occurs through the transfer of heat and humidity between exhaust and supply air via exchanger plates.
• No cross-contamination between airflow streams; both streams remain completely separate.
• Recovers most of the exhaust air energy to preheat incoming air, reducing heating costs in winter.
• During summer, the process reverses, cooling incoming air by transferring coolness from the exhaust air, lowering the load on air conditioning systems.
• A freeze protection system prevents exchanger freezing in winter.
  • If freezing is imminent, temperature sensors pause the supply fan, allowing warm exhaust air to heat the exchanger.
  • Once the exchanger temperature rises above freezing, the supply fan resumes operation, and the system returns to normal.
