FAN

• High-performance EC motors with external rotor and centrifugal impellers are used for supply and exhaust airflow.
• Models KOMFORT EC LB(E) 300/LB(E) 400 feature forward-curved impellers for continuous airflow.
• Model KOMFORT EC LB(E) 700 includes backward-curved impellers.
• EC motors ensure optimal energy consumption and meet the latest energy-saving and high-efficiency ventilation requirements.
• EC motors offer high efficiency, low noise levels, and fully adjustable speed range.
• Impellers are dynamically balanced.

DESIGN

• The casing is made of double-layer aluzinc panels with 40 mm mineral wool for thermal and acoustic insulation.
• Equipped with mounting brackets and anti-vibration rubber gaskets for easy installation.
• Service panels on the sides provide easy access for filter maintenance.
• Can be installed on either the left or right side.
• Duct connectors on both sides are fitted with rubber gaskets for airtight duct connections.

HEAT RECOVERY

• KOMFORT EC LB(E)… models feature a cross-flow polystyrene heat exchanger for heat recovery.
• Condensation is collected and drained via a drip tray beneath the heat exchanger.
• KOMFORT EC LB(E)…-E models feature a cross-flow enthalpy plate exchanger for energy recovery (heat and moisture).
• The enthalpy exchanger prevents condensation formation.
• Supply and exhaust airflows are fully separated, preventing odor or pollutant transfer.
• Heat recovery operates through the transfer of heat and/or moisture across exchanger plates.

AIR FILTRATION

• Integrated G4 and F7 filters ensure effective supply air filtration.
• G4 filters are used for exhaust air filtration.

AIR HEATER

• KOMFORT EC LBE S21 models are equipped with an electric heater for additional supply air heating after the heat exchanger.
• KOMFORT EC LB S21 models are not equipped with an integrated heater but offer optional preheating and reheating units.

BYPASS

• KOMFORT EC LB(E) S21 models include an automatic bypass to cool ventilated areas with fresh air in summer.
• When equipped with an electric heater, the bypass protects the heat exchanger from freezing.

INSTALLATION

• Suitable for floor or ceiling installation using mounting brackets.
• Proper installation ensures condensation drainage and maintenance access for filter replacement.

CONTROL AND AUTOMATION

• KOMFORT EC LB… S21 models feature integrated automation.
• Remote control panel sold separately.
• S21 controller allows integration with Smart Home or BMS (Building Management System).
• Can be controlled via the Blauberg AHU mobile app over Wi-Fi.
